On October 30th, NFL stars Alex Smith, Warrick Dunn and Warren Sapp went back to school. Mary H., Jordan M. and Michaela H., are just three of the lucky 34 winners of the NFL's Take a Player to School sweepstakes!

In Atlanta, Falcons running back Warrick Dunn and Mary, a 7th grader, rolled up in a limo to spend the day at her school -- Vickery Creek Middle School! Meanwhile, in San Jose, CA, Jordan showed 49ers QB Alex Smith around Booksin Elementary School! In San Carlos, CA, Michaela and Raiders defensive lineman Warren Sapp strolled around her school -- Heather Elementary School.

Warrick participated in a pep rally, exercised with some students and encouraged kids to study, practice, PLAY 60 and... to listen to Mom! "My Mom always stressed academics and really trying to do more than just being average," Warrick said.

Alex joined Jordan's class, did some multiplication and read a poem! "Don't let anyone tell you what you can or can't be," said Alex. "You guys can do anything." Alex also answered some questions, including; what would you do if you weren't a football player? Alex said, "I think I'd be teaching."

Warren visited Michaela's class and then told everyone at a school assembly to stay physically active, get 60 minutes of exercise a day and to remember that, "Education is the foundation of anything you're going to do in life." Later, Warren signed autographs and threw passes to Michaela's class! Michaela couldn't stop smiling as she summed up the visits for everyone -- "It was amazing."
